1. Terms & Privacy: You agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and will use the platform lawfully.
2. Two separate balances: Your account has a Course Wallet and a Cash Wallet, and they are not interchangeable.
   • Course Wallet holds learning credit earned from Watch & Earn rewards. It can only be spent on courses and books inside Wisdom Vault. It is not cash, has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or paid out.
   • Cash Wallet is the only withdrawable balance. It is credited from referral bonuses once a person you invited joins and their membership payment is verified. Watching videos or completing courses never adds money to it.
3. Referral rewards: Referral bonuses depend on your invited member joining, paying and being verified, and on the programme rules and eligibility checks. They are never guaranteed, and self-referral or fake accounts forfeit them.
4. Withdrawals: To withdraw you need a verified account, a minimum of MWK 7,000 in your Cash Wallet, and a valid Airtel Money or TNM Mpamba number. Tiered withdrawal fees are shown before you confirm, and a failed payout is returned to your Cash Wallet.
5. Paid membership: Membership is a single payment of MWK 10,800 for four (4) months of access from the date your payment is verified. There is no automatic renewal and we do not store a card or mobile-money mandate to charge you again. Renewal is optional and arranged separately.
6. Non-refundable fees: Membership and other fees are non-refundable once paid, except where the law requires a refund, where you were charged twice or charged in error, or where paid access was never delivered. This does not remove any right you have under applicable consumer law.
7. Personal data: You consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal information (name, email, phone number and account activity) for account management, payments, referrals and platform communications.
8. Communications: You consent to receiving account-related communications by email and SMS about your membership, payments and platform updates.
9. Responsible use: You agree not to misuse the platform, create fraudulent accounts or harm other users.
10. Age: You confirm you are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
